Operated by Sodexo, the campus food service in the Dining Commons is surprisingly good. We serve organic produce from Earthbound Farms and don't use cooking oils that contain trans fats. You'll find more vegetarian options on Meatless Mondays, and if you need to take something to go, you'll get it in "bio-plastics," or food packaging and utensils made from biodegradable and compostable materials. Yes, that fork was once a potato.

Ultimately, it is a matter of choice because the DC still supplies burgers and burritos alongside the organic greens, but no matter what you choose, you'll walk away satisfied.
